You may withdraw from your purchase of physical products, such as vinyl records, within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Sealed audio recordings that have been unsealed after delivery may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
If your vinyl arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at samneramusic@gmail.com. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital music downloads, orders may become non-refundable once the download or digital delivery begins, provided that you have given your prior express consent, acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal, and the applicable legal requirements have been met.

Returns and Shipping
Please contact us before returning any physical item. Where you exercise your right of withdrawal, return shipping costs may be your responsibility, where permitted by law.
