Rebirth serves as a deeply personal tribute to Nera’s late mother, Renaat, who inspired her stage name. As an anagram of her mother’s name, “Nera” symbolizes the constant presence of her mother’s spirit. The EP explores themes of grief, loss, and renewal, offering both raw vulnerability and a sense of hope. Through rich layers of sound and dreamy harmonies, Sam’s voice guides listeners through the delicate interplay between life and death, darkness and light.
